I had to acknowledge that it was an important piece missing in my health. And it wasn't something I was prioritizing.
I had to the take to figure out what self-care is to me AND make time to implement it. I had to slow down my busy schedule... that wasn't easy.
In order for this to be effective I needed it to become a habit. Consistency is the key to maintaining healthy habits. I needed accountability.

I'll fix it when I hit burnout happens or am forced to stop.
